Hi, I'm Hanaa — and The Butter'd Drop started in my kitchen, the way most good things do. Not with a business plan, but with a batch of cookies and a table full of people I love.
I've always believed that food is one of the most honest ways to show someone you care. A cookie brought to a gathering. A box left on a doorstep. Something small that says: I was thinking of you. That's what I wanted to make — not just a product, but a feeling.
Every cookie starts with browned butter. It's a slow, patient step that changes everything — adding a depth and warmth that you can taste in every bite. From there, I use premium chocolate, carefully chosen ingredients, and recipes that have been developed over time with real intention. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is made in bulk.
The flavors are inspired by the things that stay with you: a dessert you had traveling, a spice that reminds you of home, a combination that surprised you in the best way. Each one has a story. I hope they remind you of yours.
